World Mental Health Day
Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. In 1992, the World Federation of Mental Health created World Mental Health Day. Our self-awareness and sensitivity towards mental health have changed things for the better. We’re still working to confront stigma and engage everyone in a dialogue about how to improve our culture to enable healthier lifestyles. While we’ve learned a lot, there’s still so much more we can do to evolve as a society. I hope you find your own ways to celebrate WMHD and make a difference in your community.
